1. Fix LAN Option ROM might be unable to function when USB legacy is disabled.
2. Optimize OC options to certain newly supported CPUs.

1. Fix incorrect L2 cache info. Of certain CPU in the BIOS setup.
2. Remove CPU C State Item when CPU doesn’t support C2-C6 states.
3. Fix certain CPU is unable to enter S3 mode.
