This utility will install the driver and software for the PC Card.

Download and Installation Instructions

1. Download the PCWA-C500_12013180.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the PCWA-C500_12013180.EXE file.
3. At the "WinZip Self-Extractor - PCWA-C500_12013180.EXE " box, click the Unzip button to extract the files to the C:\Windows\Temp directory. Please wait as the files are extracted.
NOTE:  If you prefer to install the software in a different directory, click the Browse button. Navigate to the desired directory and click OK. Click the Next button.
4. At the "WinZip Self-Extractor" message box, click OK. The following files have now been extracted to the directory selected in step 5:
* Manual Folder:  Contains PCWA-500 Wireless LAN Operating Instructions
* 2Win2K Folder: Contains the Windows® 2000 Wireless LAN PC Card Driver
* 1WinMe Folder:Contains the Windows® Me Wireless LAN PC Card Driver
* 3WinXP Folder: Contains the Windows® XP Wireless LAN PC Card Driver
* Wireless LAN Utility 2.2. Setup files:
data1.cab data1.hdr psapi.Dll closewin Data2.cab ikernel.ex_ layout.bin Setup.exe Setup.ini setup.inx Verinfo.txt License.txt
5. Click Close to exit the "WinZip Self-Extractor - PCWA-C500_12013180.EXE" box.

The remainder of these steps offer a brief synopsis about how to install the upgraded utility, driver, and firmware.
