This update installs a new version of the driver and enables the following function:

* Compatible with WPA (Wi-Fi® Protected Access) - Only for the Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition and Windows® XP Professional operating systems.

Important Notes

* For the Microsoft® Windows® XP or Windows® 2000 operating systems only: During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
* To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
