New Features

1.1  Improved compatibility with other brands of smartmedia memory cards
This firmware upgrade allows other brands of Smartmedia memory cards to be used with your NOMAD II MG player.

1.2  More characters available for id3 tags
An ID3 tag is an electronic "tag" which is attached to an MP3. Information, such as track title, is displayed in your NOMAD II MG player when the ID3-tagged MP3 is played back.
This firmware upgrade allows ID3 tags to contain up to 92 characters of information.

1.3  Enhanced backlight power management
This firmware upgrade enhances power management of the display's backlight.

1.4 Supports 128 MB SmartMedia
1.5 Supports Back Button function

Note on installation:

1. Extract the files by executing MGPCFlash_204.exe.
2. After that, install the firmware (nMGflash2_04_01en.exe) by following the on-screen instructions.
3. Noise reduced while switching from Main Menu to Music Menu
