This software pack includes the following:

* Creative Media Explorer (version 5.41.12) - Enables you to manage your player easily in the familiar "Windows Explorer" environment
* Creative Audio CD Ripper (version 5.20.11) - Extracts songs from an audio CD and transfers them to your player
* Creative Sync Manager (version 6.04.10) - Synchronizes data between your computer and player
* Video Converter (version 5.60.13) - Converts videos to a suitable format and transfers them to your player
* SmartFill (version 2.00.26) - Fills up your player with songs automatically

Requirements:

* Microsoft® Windows® XP (Service Pack 1 or higher) or Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
* USB 1.1 port (USB 2.0 recommended for faster transfers)
* Creative ZEN V, Creative ZEN V (with video), Creative ZEN V Plus players

To install this software pack:

1. Download the ZNV_PCAppXP_LA_5_41_12.exe file into your local hard disk.
2. Close all application and Windows Explorer windows that are currently running.
3. Connect your player to your computer.
4. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.
