The Mirra GetMirraInfo tool is distributed in two forms:

* GetMirraInfo.zip, a compressed file that must be expanded using an unzip utility.
* GetMirraInfo.exe, a self-extracting executable file.

The contents of these files are identical and the tool contains a set of scripts and simple programs for collecting diagnostic information from your PC. Running the tool will create a log file, which you can email to Mirra Support for analysis to assist the Mirra Technical Support department in diagnosing your problem.

Open the GetMirraInfo folder, it will contain four batch files, and a sub-folder named Tools. (Note that you do not need to open the Tools folder.)

The batch files are specific to your Operating System and are:

* Win2000.bat for Windows 2000 Server and Professional systems
* Windows 2003.bat for Windows 2003 server systems
* XP Home.bat for Windows XP Home systems
* XP Pro.bat for Windows XP Professional systems
* Windows Vista.bat for Windows Vista systems

Note that the batch files may appear without the .bat extension, depending upon how your OS preferences have been set.
