This package updates the UEFI BIOS (including system program and Embedded Controller program) stored in the Lenovo computer to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.
Changes in this release version 1.16:
- Added support for Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit, 64-bit.
- Added support for the On Screen Keyboard function for Bitlcoker PIN input by touching the upper left corner of the screen.
- Fixed an issue where the CPU frequency might be stuck at 800MHz.
- Improved PXE boot performance using the Lenovo USB 2.0 Ethernet Adapter.
- Fixed an issue where the computer might not resume normal operation from sleep state.
- Fixed an issue that might fail to boot the computer from the USB device.
- Fixed an issue where the WMI interface has incorrect messages.
