After downloading the FW Update file follow the instructions titled "Installing firmware onto a USB flash drive to update a Blu-ray player". FW Ver 1.61 Corrects playability issues with the following media titles: "The Dark Knight", "Ice Age", "X-Men Origins Wolverine". Provides improvement with the Netflix service. Corrects "Power Lock Up" issue. The symptom of random lock up occurring after the unit is turned off for a period of time, such as overnight, and lock up occurring at turn on. AC power cycle is necessary to reestablish operation of the unit. Provides improvement for 3D functionality.
