Sony has designed the BRAVIA® Televisions software update process to be customer friendly. This software update (version ac0210pn) provides the following benefits:
Improvement over version ac0203pf:
- Resolves possible missing YuppTV icon and improves Internet performance and stability for YuppTV content
Benefits provided by previous updates and included in version ac0210pn:
- Improved stability for the initial/add scan for receiving digital channels
- Adds the Hulu Plus™ online video service
Note: The Hulu Plus service is added to the internet content once service is activated - New Widget Services allowing Video Playback
- New BRAVIA Internet Services (Picasa™ and Pandora®)
Note: Some services may not be available depending on your location - Adds support for the Netflix® online movie rental service to the BRAVIA Internet Video function
- Provides additional functionality for Yahoo® widgets
- Improves audio & video synchronization when using your computer with Microsoft® Windows® 7 operating system and Windows Media Player 12 as a DLNA® server to play videos on the TV.
