This product allows you to easily change the settings such as the paper source settings and provides you with information on how to solve problems such as ink smudging.

- The Diagnose and Repair Printer function can be directly executed from the following 3 items:
(1)Offline dialog
(2)Pause dialog
(3)Device Stage of the printer executing the Diagnose and Repair Printer function
The applicable models are iP2700 series, MX340 series, MX350 series, and MX870 series.

- When the FAX-installed machine is connected, the Diagnose and Repair Printer function will be enabled in FAX as well.
The applicable models are MX340 series, MX350 series, and MX870 series.

- When the XPS printer driver is selected, the On-screen manual for the XPS printer driver will be launched from the Troubleshooting window.
The applicable models are iP2700 series, MX340 series, MX350 series, and MX870 series.
