This utility updates the BIOS to version R3061U3 to improve the security of the computer from malicious applications.

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the ISBSYS-00208213-1051.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the ISBSYS-00208213-1051.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. If the "User Account Control" screen appears, click "Yes".
5. At the "BIOS Update" screen, click "Next".
6. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
7. At the "VAIO® BIOS Update Tool" screen, verify the version to be installed is R3061U3, and then click "Update".
8. At the "WBFLASH" dialog box, click "OK" to confirm that the system BIOS will be updated.
9. At the "BIOS Update successfully completed" dialog box, click "OK" to shutdown the computer.
10. If the "Program Compatibility Assistant" screen appears, click "This program installed correctly".
11. After the computer shuts down, wait for 30 seconds, then power on the computer.
