Media Manager for WALKMAN® Software can be used to import, preview, and transfer audio files, image files, and video files between a Walkman player and a computer.

NOTES:

* Does not include a video file conversion function
* Is not compatible with files with DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection
* Enhanced CD (CD Extra) preview is not available

Download and Installation Instructions

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the mm4wm_lite_enu.exe file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the mm4wm_lite_enu.exe file to begin the installation.
NOTE: An active Internet connection is required.
4. The message, "The following components are required by this software:" may be displayed. Click "Download" to automatically download and install any of the following required applications that are needed:
* Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
* Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
* Microsoft Wmf 11 Redist for MTP Support
* QuickTime 7
5. Please follow the on-screen prompts carefully to complete the installation.
6. When the installation is complete, click "Finish" to close the installer window.
7. The Media Manager for WALKMAN software will start, and the "Please Register" window opens. Please follow the on-screen prompts carefully to complete the registration.
NOTE: It is necessary to register in order to user the Media Manager for WALKMAN software. There is no charge to register the trial version.
