This utility updates the NWZ-A816 firmware to version 2.11 and resolves an issue where the player may display an "Unknown" error message when AAC format files (.m4a file extension) are transferred from the Rhapsody music service.

Before Performing the Update

1. Connect the NWZ-A816 to the computer with the supplied USB cable.
2. Set up a folder on the computer hard drive, and backup all tracks and data from the NWZ-A816 to the computer.
