  • This firmware is compatible with EA9500 (a.k.a. EA9500 V1) and EA9500 V1.1.
  • IMPORTANT: DO NOT power down the router during the firmware upgrade process.

Release note:

  • Resolved issue of running into Error 2118 when user tries to access admin page (web GUI) of router via IP address or myrouter.local, and IPv6 has been enabled.
  • Various security fixes.
  • General bug fixes.
  • Improvement on wireless stability.
  • Added IPv6 pass-through support.
  • Added VLAN priority bit support (required by Singtel IPTV service).

After firmware upgrade, user who is currently using the VLAN feature can activate VLAN priority bit support by either:
(1) reset the router to factory default setting and re-configure the router, OR
(2) on the VLAN setup page, from the profile pull-down menu, select a profile that is different from the current one (no need to save the profile), then switch back to the correct profile and save the setting
