The Intel Integrator Assistant easily customizes a subset of BIOS settings (for booting, device management, power, and security). It also aids in setting asset management values, updating system BIOS, adding a custom logo for branding, and providing a unique BIOS splash screen image. Customization work is done using a workspace and configuration file that can be transported to other similar target computers.

Updates for the version 1.1 release include:

- Intel Integrator Assistant now supports Intel Mobile boards in addition to the Intel Desktop Boards.
- Intel Integrator Assistant now supports the following additional Intel Desktop Boards; D201GLY, D201GLY2, DG31PR and DX38BT.
- Badge Logo placement can now use badge logos with a white or black background if supported in the board BIOS.
- To make user operations easier, the green checkmark icon has now been replaced with two dedicated buttons; "Apply All Changes" and "Cancel All Changes".
- Intel has simplified the needed steps to download and update a board's system BIOS (if you are using an online connection).
- Intel provides notification on the home screen of Intel Integrator Assistant when a newer BIOS is available (if you are using an online connection).
- Intel also provides notification on the home screen when a newer version of the Intel Integrator Assistant program becomes available (if you are using an online connection).
- Intel also provides a survey link on the Home screen once the Intel Integrator Assistant survey is available on the Intel website to help users provide feedback.
